GRADUATE PROGRAM

The Graduate Program is designed to offer tertiary graduates the opportunity to gain structured and specific employment experience within a Construction Industry Company and ensure that the graduate is exposed to all of the specific facets that assist in the successful running of Corplex.

The program will also encourage the graduates to communicate with multiple stakeholders, executives and Senior Management as well as external contractors ensuring exposure to the Business aspects of the Construction Industry.  

 

Outcome of the program

• Structural set of skills in your focused discipline,

• Formal understanding of the requirements of your focused discipline,

• Experience with dealing with project stakeholders,

• Ability to report formally on the current and future progress of a project;

• Rounded knowledge with respect to the multiple modules/facets that form the day-to-day process of your focused discipline;

• Enhanced communication skills via dealing with Sub-contractors, Management and client or client representation;

• Allow graduates to undertake various professional tasks in the construction industry under the appropriate supervision;

• Gain exposure to management and communication functions performed within the industry; and

• Acquire specific skills, which will enhance the possibility of successfully transitioning into a future role.
